Humanity is re-awakening to the awareness of the interdependence of everything­–simultaneously holding a loving and powerful connection to ourselves, to one another, and to the entire web of life. Despite the overwhelm that this can trigger, we know we need the flowing energy of all our inner resources to manifest our unique contributions to the world. I speak about how surrendering to, and experimenting with the realm of the unknown allows for the rise of new stories–stories of what becomes possible when we act from unified love and power in service to purpose and the more-than-human-world.

Self-organization: Being in service to the web of life

Self-organization is a prominent buzzword in the world of work, encompassing a wide range of interpretations. In my speech, I invite you on a journey to explore self-organization as the evolutionary organizing principle of the universe and how this perspective helps us to understand why self-organization is what enables us to bei in service to the web of life. It is a way to tune into and be guided by the interdependence and interconnectedness of everything, while collectively doing our unique work in the world. Each of us possesses a unique purpose, a reason for being here. As the nodes in the web of life that we are, we have the opportunity to coordinate our efforts in alignment with the principles of self-organization, ensuring that our work serves the greater whole.

Tensions are the drivers of evolutionary development in self-organization. However, navigating the complexities of self-organized work can be challenging, hindering our ability to take action and move our tensions towards meaningful output in service to purpose. In this speech, I will introduce you to Language of Spaces, a comprehensive approach that has emerged from over 10 years of real-life self-organization experience. With its unique processes of (self-)reflection and perspective taking, Language of Spaces will equip you with the tools and practices you need to empower yourself and to thrive in a self-organized environment.

The personal journey into self-organization

Self-organization is a crucial catalyst for humanity's potential transformation into a new era—a time where we shift away from the perilous depletion of life's resources and instead ground ourselves in life-affirming ways of being and doing, all in service to the interconnected web of life. This transition calls for a fundamental change in our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with all. It encompasses a holistic shift on the levels of mind, body, heart, and spirit. During my speech, I will share my personal journey of nearly 15 years, traversing this transformative path. I will recount the pivotal moments that compelled me to release my resistance against beginning the journey and talk about what my main pains and failures were. And ultimately, what I learnt to integrate into my being and doing, that turned into a vital support system of mindset and practices on my ongoing quest to manifest my purpose in service to the greater whole.
